Data and Assessments

The Pennsylvania Value-Added Assessment System (PVAAS) provides Pennsylvania districts and schools with growth data. PVAAS is one of the tools provided to public districts from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Districts and schools are using PVAAS growth data, in conjunction with achievement data from state testing, to make sure students are on the path to proficiency and beyond. Utilizing all the data available (growth and achievement), educators are able to make data-informed instructional decisions to ensure the academic growth and achievement of all students.

Information about the PVAAS system and an exploration of the most current data for our schools can be found on the PVAAS website by clicking on “Public Access.” From there, access to district-level and school-level is available.
