Former students may request a copy of their high school transcript by completing the form below.

A $5.00 fee is required for each request. The fee may be paid by cash or money order made payable to the School District of Lancaster. Within two business days, an official copy of the transcript will be mailed directly to the College/School/Employer whose address is furnished on the form.
Only unofficial copies will be mailed to an individual’s residence.
