Message from Mrs. Maria Hoover

Welcome to Wickersham Elementary School! Our vision at Wickersham is that we are a “Community of Learners.” We know that each of us plays an important role in the growth and development of every child that enters our doors, and in collaboration with our whole community; we will walk together on this journey.

Wickersham Elementary celebrates the wonderful diversified backgrounds and experiences of our families and community members. We welcome parental and community support through a variety of programs and opportunities. Please join us at our monthly PTO/PAC meetings, and/or become part of our Action Team in conjunction with The National Network of Partnership Schools. These are opportunities to become involved at the core level to help develop goals and events that will support our student achievement. Assisting in the building by helping a teacher, reading with a student, stuffing Thursday folders, are other ways that we welcome volunteers.
