Regular full Board voting meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month at varied announced locations. Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed. Public comment and questions are invited during these meetings. Please click here for public comment procedures.

The Board currently has three Committees: Educational Excellence, Finance and Operations Management, and Public Engagement. Committee meetings are open to the public and are held in Room B123 at McCaskey East, 1051 Lehigh Avenue unless noted otherwise. A Committee-of-the-Whole Work Session, also open to the public, is held the second Tuesday of each month and is held in Room B-123 of McCaskey East High School.

** All of the above meetings are open to the public with the exception of the Board Personnel Meetings.

If any person planning to attend any of the above meetings has a disability and requires special accommodations, or hearing impaired, or non-English speaking residents who would like to have a translator present, contact the Superintendent's Office (291-6121) a few days before the meeting so that proper arrangements can be made.
